Terms and Conditions

  1. The passenger must arrive 45 minutes prior to the official departure time. If the passenger arrives less than 10 minutes before the departure, the company reserves the right of admission.
  2. This ticket must be presented in order to board the bus; it is only valid for the date and time printed, and is not transferable. We are not responsible if it is lost, or misplaced, there is a reprinting fee. You cannot change the ticket to one that has a lower price than agreed upon. Changing origin and destination is not permitted.
  3. The passenger who is not in our terminal facilities by their official departure time, who does not board the bus for this reason, will be penalized 50% of the ticket value, or the price difference to travel in another service. The adjustment will be valid for 30 days from the original travel date, as long as the change is done at the corresponding terminal of departure.
  4. Ticket changes are not permitted on weekends or government holidays, like Easter Week and Christmas (15 Dec-6 of January). If the passenger misses the bus, they will be responsible for 100% of the ticket value.
  5. Once a bus ticket is issued, there are no cash refunds under any circumstances, the passenger can only postpone their trip by providing the company at least 2 hours notice for same day travel, or 24 hours notice for future dates.
  6. Once a ticket has been rescheduled, the ticket will only be valid for 30 days for national travel, and 180 for international travel, from the original ticket date. The company reserved the right of admission.
  7. Passengers cannot travel under the influence of alcohol or other substances (consuming alcoholic beverages is prohibited during travel), or with contagious illnesses. The company reserves the right of admission.
  8. The company declines responsibility for delays, strikes, quarantines, accidents or acts of nature, as well as personal property damage or loss, or irregularities caused by third parties.
  9. The company is not responsable for damages or injury caused in our facilities or vehicles by third parties, which are not limited to Traffic Accidents, Criminal acts, Vandalism, Robberies, or Kidnappings. As well as the partial or total loss of luggage or personal items caused by these events.
  10. Animals are not permitted on the buses, nor luggage that could be considered dangerous for the safety of other passengers. The company reserves the right of admission.
  11. The company permits (2) pieces of luggage as that do not exceed (50) pounds each, and one carry-on that does not exceed 28″x16″x8″.  Additional packages will be charged an excess luggage fee based on weight and volume. The company is not responsable for items of value (jewlry, electronics, or firearms.) The passenger is responsable for any additional fees collected by customs for their luggage or personal belongings. The bus will be in customs for 15 minutes or however long necesary to complete the routine check, the bus will not wait for passengers resolving problems with customs officials.
  12. Luggage that is delayed by customs will be sent to their final destination on the next availble bus. The passenger is responsable for the care of their luggage within our terminal facilities until it has been received and documented by our boarding officials. When getting off the bus, the passenger must be observant of their luggage to prevent confusions or losses. Company policy covers ($25) twenty-five U.S dollars for every piece of lost luggage. The passenger must take their luggage stubs, and bus ticket to be able to claim this value. If you would like to extend your coverage we offer luggage insurance.
  13. The company is not responsable for accidents that could occur within the bus.
  14. The company is not responsible for passengers who do not have their travel documents in order to leave the country; its the passengers responsibility to assure they meet all the legal requirements for each border crossing.
  15. All passengers over the age of 18 must present legal identification with a photograph to be able to board the bus, the information on the i.d must be the same as the bus ticket.
  16. Firearms, weapons, or sharp objects are not permitted in our facilities or within the passengers luggage.
  17. The company reserves the right to change the bus, to another vehicle of their own fleet, or to a third party provider in order to complete a trip, when the reason is justified.
